Never send passwords, payment information, advertising account credentials, or an unreviewed save file containing information you do not want to share.
Common support answers
Progress disappeared: local browser data may have been cleared or a different browser profile may be open. Import the most recent exported save if one is available.
The game is offline: reopen a previously loaded page and allow the service worker to use its cached copy. New deployments and first visits still require a connection.
Advertisements are unavailable: this is expected during Google's review. Game display placements and rewarded advertising remain disabled until consent, policy, and network approval checks are complete.
