Playing the game

Solwisp is provided for personal entertainment. You may play, keep local save files, move your own save between devices, and share a link to the official game. You are responsible for maintaining any exported backup you want to preserve.

Fair and lawful use

Do not interfere with the site, attempt to access another person's data, overload the service, distribute malware, or use Solwisp in violation of applicable law. Automation may interact with documented game controls, but must never interact with advertisements or imitate human advertising activity.

Original content

Solwisp's name, Sunpath world, writing, terminology, balance, CSS illustrations, interface, and original assets belong to their respective creator or licensors. Playing or sharing the official link does not grant permission to republish the complete game, sell copies, or present its original content as your own.

Availability and progress

The game may change as it develops. Features, balance, helper costs, and progression may be revised. Browser storage can be removed by device settings, privacy tools, or browser resets, so uninterrupted availability of local progress cannot be guaranteed. Exported saves are the recommended backup.

No purchases in the current version

Solwisp currently contains no in-game purchases. Reserved ad areas are inactive during private preparation. If advertising, supporter options, or paid editions are introduced later, the relevant terms and disclosures will be updated before launch.

Updates to these terms

Material changes will be published on this page with a new update date. Continued use after a change means the revised terms apply from their stated effective date.
